Our Process

Define & Build

Initially, we will begin by understanding your business requirements, goals and budget. We will communicate by email, by phone and face-to-face meetings. Next, we'll begin a detailed analysis of your projects requirements. With the aims and targets clear, we will then develop the project plan. Based on the design documentation and technical specifications generated in the previous stage, we'll now shift into production mode. Our graphic design team will refine and develop the concepts agreed during the planning stage. At the same time, our programmers will be designing and coding the back-end programs and databases to realise the functional requirements. Your project co-ordinator will update you on every single step.

Integration & Testing

This is where all the preparatory work comes together. Integration is a key software development life cycle strategy. Generally, small software systems are integrated and tested in a single phase, whereas larger systems involve several integration phases to build a complete system, such as integrating modules into low-level subsystems for integration with larger subsystems. The templates, programs and content from the previous stage will be integrated into the final product. Of course, we'll be doing plenty of testing, and will encourage you to be involved in this too - after all, it is extremely important that you're happy with our work.
Based on your feedback we'll make any necessary alterations and tweaks.

Deploy

Once everything is ready, we'll publish the site on the Internet/ install the system in your network, and once again verify that everything is working as it should be. Depending on the nature of the project and our initial agreement, we'll also provide you with appropriate training.
